Bond Decrease Motion Denied In Jackson Circuit Court
James O. Owens Jr., 21, of Seymour, denied a bond reduction after a hearing in Jackson Circuit Court. Four witnesses testified as his attorney urged lower bond of $5,000, while Owens remains jailed. Elsewhere, Larry Frost, 20, of Salem pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of a property crash and driving while suspended and received fines and jail time.
