Homer Elwood Frazier 71 of Elwood died at his son Edward Frazier’s home southeast of Clearspring from an arm scratch that became infected and led to blood poisoning compounded by dropsy. He had served as president of the Elwood Trust Company for about sixteen years and remained a director. Burial arrangements were to return his body to Elwood.
