Elgin McConnell of this city was arrested about 7 o clock Wednesday night by local police to answer charges of bad check writing in Lebanon. He had been wanted there for weeks and was located in the business district by Chief Miseh and Officer Hoffmeier. He was taken to Lebanon immediately after arrest.
