Whittier Stewart Marshall visited Iowa last week and was driven home to Edinburg Texas by his father Frank Marshall. The Pearson family hosted a Sunday picnic for Lt. and Mrs. James Pearson and Sharon and Wark of Oxnard. Dozens of relatives joined meals and visits across Cedar Rapids West Branch Marion and other towns with multiple family dinners, hospital stays, and travel notes.

A shower for Sharon Kunce was held at the Royal Ballroom May 24. Graduation exercises May 24 at St Patrick's Church included diplomas to several students. Breakfast for seniors followed, and June 25 is announced as a wedding date for Jo Anne Nemec and David L Nemec.
