Auto Party Crashes Into Ditch Injuring Tipton Speaker
A four person auto party traveling near Mt Vernon town ship plunged into a ditch after a wagon blocked the road. Wilbur W. Marsh of the Iowa Dairy Separator company was severely injured and confined to bed. The Hon. Samuel Wright of Tipton, a noted Democratic speaker, was not seriously hurt. Chauffeur Chalfeut Shoemaker escaped with scratches while Mariam Marsh received minor injuries. The party, returning from a ride, was helped from the wreck and later returned to Waterloo.

Ambrose Meighan Bound Over On Serious Charge

Special to Reporter from Miller Iowa details the murder of G M Todd about fifteen miles northeast of Miller. Narrow Escape From Death at Central Shops
