John Eller Dies after Illness in Sherman Township
John Eller died at his home in Sherman Township on Saturday March 10 1906 after about two weeks of illness from blood poisoning caused by a small unnoticed scratch. Born October 3 1852 in Tazewell Illinois he married at 25 and moved to Hardin County in 1876. Nine children survived along with three brothers and two sisters. Funeral held at the M E church in Radcliffe conducted by Reverends Wadding Ramage Plummer and Smith.
