The March term of Hardin District Court convenes Monday March 13 1905 for three weeks with Judge W D Evans presiding. Grand and trial jurors summoned for Tuesday March 14. Numerous out of town attorneys featured. list of cases includes 120 old, 51 new, 74 probate and 12 will cases. Special trial notices numbered thirty eight. A charity concert by Arborhanalyon Symphony Male Quartet is announced for the week starting Tuesday.

Robert Smith of Lake Park Iowa formerly of a Farm near Lawn Hill has passed away. He was widely known among farmers in the county and his loss is deeply felt by many friends who recall his ample acquaintance and jovial nature. He moved to Lake Park about three years ago and died in what was considered his prime.
