Bishop Thomas F. Lillis 77 head of the Kansas City diocese since 1913 died early today at his home after a period of illness. Born near Lexington Missouri he became a priest in 1904 and bishop in 1904 in Leavenworth. Funeral set for 10 a.m. Tuesday at the cathedral with Archbishop Glennon presiding and Archbishop Murray delivering the sermon.
