The Conservator’s Subscribers Solicitors Contest ended in a flourish at Higginsville Missouri on April 11. Miss Blanche Bradford of Mayview won a gold hunting-case watch valued at 12 with 20 year guarantee. other contestants received bronze shirt waist button sets. Mayview and Higginsville residents contributed names of supporters and solicitors while Judge Graves Perry and Atkins oversaw the canvass.
