Mistaken charge ends in discharge of Katy shopman
About 10 o'clock Sunday night police arrested a Katy shopman of East Sedalia for attempted assault on a 19 year old daughter of a respected family. The woman, arriving hysterical from Forest Park, said she knew him and went to the park where the assault was attempted. In the struggle her shirt waist was torn and hair came down. Investigations showed she was mistaken. the young man was discharged.
