Miss Anna Hackler filed suit in Eldorado Springs Circuit Court accusing Rev. Neil Pugliley and fifteen church members of slander seeking 5000 in damages. Trial drew wide attention with 50 witnesses subpoenaed as proceedings proved sensational before dismissal of most defendants.
