In Toledo on June 12 a Chicago socialite acknowledged an ante nuptial agreement offering Thomas G. Fisher a $17 000 cash marriage price. Miss Rose E. Guggenheim, wealthy at about $2 million, arranged the fee simple grant to Fisher and will support children but not the marriage price. Fisher, 38, is married before. ceremony planned by Rabbi Freund.
