Final summons comes for J W Gatlin in Sedalia
J W Gatlin died yesterday at Bunceton after a bowel congestion. he was a traveling representative for S H Beiler Grocery and a respected member of the Cumberland Presbyterian church and a Mason. The funeral is set for 8 am tomorrow at the family home with Rev. Bitler and Rev Shepherd officiating and pallbearers named. He leaves a wife and four children. Born March 13 1847 in Burlington Iowa, he moved to Sedalia in 1875 and worked with Beiler for 23 years.
