News from Moscow reports Grand Duke Sergius, governor general of Moscow, assassinated at 3 p m as his carriage neared the Law Courts near Kremlin Palace. J H Struck a contractor from Maryville Missouri arrived in Sedalia yesterday with his family to establish the new home here. He will begin building a house for his family as soon as the weather moderates after purchasing a lot in Dal-Whi-Mo court.
