Dan McNair guardian of his niece Jessie McNair failed to produce 206.85 at final probate settlement. The court told him to obtain the funds, noting the niece’s property as a sacred trust unaffected by any bankruptcy. Bondsmen Staples and O Bannon are involved as the matter proceeds.
Mrs. Sarah Burge, 64, prominent Sedalia resident and charter member of the East Broadway Christian church, died at her home on East Fifth street after weeks of illness. Funeral set for 2 p.m. tomorrow at East Broadway Christian church with Rev. F. L. Cook officiating. pallbearers named.
Nevada Post reports A L Preston D A Crank Charles Leiterman James Mc Fall Dr Atkinson Dr Johnson and Dr Tucker left this morning for Sedalia as witnesses in the heirs of A Callies deceased against the M W A. Callies died in town while operating a dyeing establishment.

John A Harris of Kirkersville Ohio died Monday at age 80 and was buried February 12 at 2 pm in Licking County Ohio. He was well known in Sedalia and Pettis county Missouri after visiting his daughter Mrs Mont McGruder of Hughesville. He spent part of this winter in Hughesville before returning home in December. He left many friends in Ohio and Missouri and his family mourns him.
