Mrs Byler Dies After Brief Illness In Sedalia
Mrs E S Byler aged 67 wife of J M Byler died at 9 this morning at 300 East Fourth Street after a five day illness. She was a leader in church and charitable work and will be buried from Calvary Episcopal Church Saturday at 2 30 PM. Interment in the city cemetery. She leaves three children Lillie Robinson J W Byler and Lee Byler and a son Homer died in New Mexico several years ago.

Two Rails Through Tender in Frisco Train Accident
An east bound Frisco passenger train in Lawton Oklahoma yesterday afternoon encountered a loosened rail at a switch west of the depot. As the engine passed, the rail end turned upward and broke through hangers under the tender. A second rail was torn free and broke through the water tank. Engineer Frank Murphy suffered only minor injuries.
