Armed bandits felled the watchman and forced the safe at Frazee laundry company in Cleveland. They used nitro glycerine to gain access and escaped with $2000 in cash, leaving no clues behind.
Grand Rapids Michigan prosecutors issue warrants for seven men on conspiracy charges in the Lake Michigan water deal. Ex city attorney Lant Salsbury’s testimony prompted the actions, with charges including bribery and perjury.

Dr W E Walker a prominent Lamonte physician will marry Miss Bertha Ferrell this evening at Independence Kansas Bertha is the daughter of Rev J W Ferrell former pastor of the Christian church in Lamonte The ceremony takes place in Independence with both families listed in the notice.
The Ilgenfritz building at 230 Ohio street drew crowds last evening as glass artists produced dainty items for free with ten cent tickets. Hundreds enjoyed watching the creation and many articles valued at two to three dollars were handed out. The exhibition runs every afternoon and evening.

Marriage licenses were issued today to Ernest F. Thee of Hocking Iowa and Bertha Trache of Sedalia, with C F Gorrell and Dora Clopton, both of this city, also receiving licenses.
Mrs. Joseph Hindman of Pittsburg was shot and killed today by her husband who then killed himself. The couple were unhappily married.

In Denver two striking miners were wounded at midnight by guards at the Colorado Fuel and Iron plant in Segundo. Fort Worth Texas December 8 a district court judge sentenced Allen Brown to a thousand years for criminal assault and the jury added 25 years more for burglary making a total sentence of one thousand twenty five years which is described as a world record for length of sentence.
