Fort Dodge Iowa April 1 The jury verdict in the breach of promise suit of Mrs Sophia Oleson against John Anderson is announced with the plaintiff awarded the full claimed damages. The decision marks a decisive victory for the complainant in this high profile local case.

Elmo Greauveau appeared in police court charged with disturbing the peace after a last week clash with Pound master Beaty. He was fined $50 and filed an appeal.
The April police beats include Main street Ramsey and McCance Ohio street Boullt and Baley East Sedalia Wood and Mason North side James Newbill. John Laxton was jailed for twenty five days by Police Judge Truxel for running away while a trusty at the calaboose.
Pat Murphy was fined five dollars this morning by Judge Truxel for intoxication and given a stay to depart the town.
