Police say A Boowh died in unclear circumstances at the Green Light Saloon on Sunday morning. Two men were arrested to cover all leads as autopsy notes heart disease and possible hemorrhage, with no definite sign of foul play yet.

The engineer on the steamship Garonne, Mr Booth, with two women, Lillie Wilson and Mrs Plum ley, spent the night and was found dead in the Greening saloon on Washington Street after a dispute and a door incident involving David Thornton. Coroner Hoye to convene a jury after Beattie Brewing driver entered with a keg and found Booth dead in the room. Motive remains a mystery as police pursue a third suspect and review surveillance.
