Seattle Lost In The Tenth In Baseball Turnaround

In a long afternoon game between Seattle and the Turks, the worm finally turned in the tenth after eight straight losses and Beattie produced the deciding hit as Seattle won 7 to 6 in ten innings. The Black Cats opened strong with one run in the first and four in the third, while the Turks answered with two in the third and three in the fourth. Mike’s bets spurred a late rally to force extra innings, Hall delivered a run in the afternoon before Anderson replaced him, and Miller on the mound earlier helped the Turks build an early lead as the score remained close until the extra frame.
