Mrs Hogan Convicted for Killing Husband at Orpheum

Mrs Mary Hogan is found guilty of manslaughter in the shooting death of her husband James J Hogan, the Orpheum theatre door keeper. The verdict was read in Judge Ronalds court after a night jur y deliberation. A motion for a new trial will be filed next week. The maximum penalty for slaughter is 20 years in the penitentiary.
