Man Falls From Box In Alley Crashes Head

W. C. Lear fell off a box in the alley behind Augustine and Kyers grocery between Pike and Pine streets on Third Ave. He cracked his head and was taken to Seattle General Hospital where several stitches were needed to close a nasty wound.
