W Ross Stuart a patient at the Swedish hospital in North Yakima drowned himself in a bath tub Wednesday morning after locking the door. He had been there since October 11 suffering a nervous breakdown and had been taking baths as part of treatment. An attendant climbed through a window after the door remained locked and found him dead. a palmotor failed to revive him. Stuart leaves a family in North Yakima.
County commissioner candidate Claude C. Ramsay will speak to the Humane Society Thursday at noon. The event is free and open to the public at the Commercial Club.
