Word reaches from Uintah reservation that a drunken Ute attacked the new town of Myton. He aimed at W. T Muse who shot the Indian through the heart. Special to The Stard Tacoma Oct 26 Henry Williams 99 of Seattle inmate at Steilacoom insane asylum was clubbed to death Wednesday morning by inmate John Sherland 40 also of Seattle Williams bumped into Sherland in ward they fought and Williams was beaten to death with a mop attendants unaware until his brains were found on the floor Sherland placed in irons coroner notified both men inmates of the violently insane.

Mary Yacontti, an Italian girl who vanished from her Vashon Island home last Friday, was found Wednesday by her brother in law living on a farm five miles away. She said she wandered after leaving friends and was taken in at the farmhouse. Her uncle Antonio De Rosa reports she is in perfect health.

Young knew of the danger and relied on Chief Machinist Wheeler’s word that valves were in order. The court martial of Ensign Wade starts Friday morning.
