Fire Damages Walker Real Estate Building in California Ave

Early today a fire partially destroyed a one story frame building at 4453 California Avenue owned by Walker Real Estate Co and occupied by J M Nichols. Fire crews found oil soaked rags and petroleum thrown on the premises. The blaze caused 300 dollars in damage to the structure and 250 dollars to its contents and was insured.
