Attorney Wil H Morris gave notice of appeal. bond set at 100 dollars. Hatley testified he bought liquor without a prescription claiming it was for his mother. Weed admitted selling it but said he thought the liquor was for his mother, who allegedly buys liquor regularly. This is the second similar case now in the superior court.
