Bargain Stamp Sale Leads to Three Arrests
Three men face arrest over an attempted sale of 300 dollars in stamps to Oren F Mill pharmacist at Ninth and Yealer. Henry Collins 42 EK Ho Haines 37 and Fred Jensen 42 planned a reduced price deal. Jensen delivered the stamps for 240 dollars. Haines, a bartender at the Palm saloon, 1265 First no. 8, refused to name their source.

Ralph M. Bollea of Seattle, traveling salesman for Western Dry Goods Co, was hunting about 10 miles from Index when he stumbled in a snowy storm and accidentally shot himself. Companions Ulrich and Merchant heard the shot and found him dying. he leaves a wife and a two year old son at 129 Warren Ave in Seattle.
