Negro Suspect May Be I Doubly Accused
Detectives investigated Wednesday to determine if the colored pickpocket who took $75 from L. A. Peters of 8858 14th ave S B W is the same man as James McPierce. McPierce was arrested by Detectives Fortner and McLennan while allegedly pickpocketing at Occidental and Yesterday. Peters reported the loss Wednesday. the theft occurred Saturday on a Lake Burien streetcar.

Junk Wagon Incident Reported With Injuries and Hit-and-Run
A man identified as O Lerner of 1502 19th Ave owned a sturdy wagon on Tuesday and a mostly junk wagon after an incident on Wednesday. The wagon was struck at 14th Ave by a speeding motorist who fled and did not report to police. Lerner suffered a broken arm in the Wednesday incident.
