The Bon Marche promotes autumn needs for every family member with fur trimmed coats. Wraps feature black seal trims on velour and silvertone fabrics in blue and brown tones. Prices range from 25 to 85 dollars for the less costly models and 100 to 275 dollars for the more luxurious coats on the second floor.
The Bon Marche lists small items to complete winter dress. French Kid Gloves $2.50, plush stoles $10, plaited Oriental Lace $2.75 per yard, lace trimmed collars and vests $1, fleece cotton stockings 40 cents, cashmere stockings 90 cents to $1.25, upper main cashmere stockings 60 cents, sport hose $2.00 to $3.25.
The Bon Marche offers coats for girls 6 to 18 in velour kersey polo cloth silvertone and plush with warmth and style. Browns burgundys Pekin and navy feature plain or fur trimmed designs priced from 8.95 to 65.00. Regulation wool middies in navy red or Kelly with sailor trims sell 5.75 to 10.00 at the Daughters Shop on the second floor.
Nine balls of Fleisher Heather mixture yarn at 75 cents each built the set, totaling 9.20 dollars for the wool. Mrs. E. Luscomb, Fleisher mills demonstrator, assists Mrs. H. Trotter, knitting instructor, for a two week visit urged for early attendance at the Bon Marche art department third floor.
Cape Gloves and brassieres featured with Nature's Rival priced at 75c and bandeaux from 55c. Booths offer sizes 34 to 44 for the gloves in brown black gray and pearl.
Five page ad promotes boys suits and knickers at economical prices. It highlights two pairs of knickers, coats with semi fitted or plain backs, various pocket styles, and full lining. Overcoats in brown gray and blue, hats from $1.50 to $6.00, sizes 3 to 10 years, on the upper main floor.
Pure white fleece lined union suits for girls ages 4 to 16 feature high necks long sleeves and ankle length. Available in plain style or taped with buttons replacing an underwaist for comfortable coverage.
