Ed Bracken a structural iron worker was killed in South Seattle when struck by an inbound streetcar at Judkins Street and Seattle Boulevard at about 6 45 AM. Motorman A W Fisk stated the bell rang but the man stepped in front of the fender. Bracken lived at 1412 Eighth Ave S and was en route to work. He belonged to Local 86 Iron Workers and held a city firemen's license.
