The Locusts Siege Plan Against Jail Escape
A group of men led by Hammond plot to free Jack Carlson from Grant county jail by a nighttime forceful raid. They discuss bribery, land transfers, and dangerous risks as Takahira controls the jail and aims to remove whites from the basin. The plan hinges on a swift, coordinated breakout at midnight with silent planes and surrounding guards.
