Fatally Injured Fall From Diller Hotel Window
James Deal a 53 year old mill worker died after falling from a fourth story window at the Diller hotel on First Ave and University St while sleep walking. He was found unconscious in the alley behind the hotel at 1 15 am March 23 and died at 640 am Saturday in city hospital. The body was taken to the county morgue. Police entered room 90 after breaking in. He had a silver watch and 190 in his pockets. Wires were broken in the fall and he remembered nothing.
