Pekin Illinois March 5 Sam Moser, the confessed murderer of his wife and three children, was found guilty this morning and sentenced to twenty one years in prison. He claimed persection of the church drove the killings, but the court ruled against that theory and noted the expulsion for showing affection to his children.
