Looting Inquiry Concludes Firemen Testimony Review

The Civil Service Commission finished testimony in the Arlington dock fire looting charges. Chief Wappensigin testified he conducted his own investigation for Mayor Moore and had nothing new to add. Fireman J Lewis claimed a pat of tweezers, while N D Freeman said Captain Graham offered whiskey or gin, which he declined. The hearing yielded no new details and a decision is expected in a few days.
