Circulars filed show fifty one women and several workingmen lost sums from 1 to 800 dollars to the Prudential Savings Investment and Security company. The Oregon based concern operated via an office in Seattle and influenced California law to bar fake firms. It is said to be successor to Fidelity Trust and Empire and rivaling the Tontine Diamond company in scope.
