Enterprise Brass Foundry Powers Seattle Shipbuilding Era
Enterprise Brass Foundry at 2727 Seventh Ave North/South produces large manganese bronze propeller blades for Seattle ships. In 1904 F L Baker founded the firm, which grew to a major plant by 1913 and recently added a ten ton crane. Thurlow, secretary treasurer, has four decades in foundry work and supports Seattle’s growing naval industry.
