Hotel Leasing Plan Found For Seattle's New Million-Dollar Hotel
The hotel officers and directors agreed to lease to an experienced operator before construction begins. A lease committee led by Maj. J. F. Douglas will negotiate with the operator. Dexter Horton National Bank to act as hotel bond trustee and Seattle Title Trust Co. as registrar of stock. New directors Otto F. Kegel Fred A Ernst and A Kerry joined the board. The hotel will likely receive a name at the next directors meeting.
