Girl Kidnapped by Grandfather in Custody Dispute
Mrs. Brown swore out a complaint charging George H. Brown, her father in law, with kidnapping after she chased a buggy carrying her eight year old daughter Zanie. The case stems from a separation with Fred Brown, owner of a Columbia barbershop, amid disputes over custody and trust.
