Ulster Plans On Home Rule Sparks Turmoil Fears
Belfast dispatch reports Ulster leaders hurry to setup a self governing Northern Ireland under the home rule measure. Sinn Fein plans to elect Ulster parliament members and render them inactive, while unionists push for a provisional government if the plan fails. Elections expected July to August with home rule taking effect that winter.
