Senators Landon Nichols Fair and Boner pushed an $8 800 emergency appropriation for railroad valuations, while opposing moves to curb its powers. The measure passed 49 to 5 with five votes against and previously 1 200 for Reynolds expenses was removed with attorney general funding planned.
