Traveling agents pledge coast convention attendance in Portland
Jay W. Adame Pacific coast passenger agent for Nickel Pirate railroad announces the American Association of Traveling Passenger Agents will hold a major convention in Portland next fall. He predicts about 100 attendees and plans tours of the Sound and nearby cities to attract eastern and southern agents, believing such visits will boost Pacific Northwest traffic in the coming years.
