A man believed to be unsettled was brought to the county jail from Cedar Mountain this morning and lodged there.
Milwaukee report confirms Frank J. Constantine, sought by Chicago police since Mrs. Arthur Gentry’s murder, is in Milwaukee nursing a broken leg. Constantine admits he matches the alleged murderer description, and he previously worked as a foreman of a Burlington telephone crew where Gentry lived.
