Man Falls Sixty Feet From Mehlhorn Building
Iron worker Bawerd Murray of 116 Sixteenth Avenue fell sixty feet from the Mehlhorn building as a steel beam assembly swung. He landed in a heap beside the donkey engine shed, was conscious with a broken hip and internal injuries, and was taken home by ambulance after declaring he slipped while watching hoisted steel.
