Col Brice Disque directed the gathering, which condemned mill owners who lure labor from rivals.
John Powers Tom Powers and Tom Sisson fugitives from draft evasion charges have been located in the Chiricahua mountains near Two Heads. A posse of deputies and cowboys closed in expecting a desperate fight as they seek the trio in connection with the murder of Sheriff McBride and two deputies.

London reports an aa submarine bombarded Dover at 1 a.m. killing a child and injuring three adults and two children. About 38 shells were fired in three to four minutes damaging several houses. The attack follows a German raid near the Straits of Dover that sank a trawler and seven drifters.
Berlin via London reports Germans attacked a force guarding the English Channel on Thursday night. Capt Heinzel commanded boats that sank or disabled a large guardship, armed fishing craft and several motorboats with heavy losses to the defenders. The British admiralty said an armed trawler and seven drifters were destroyed.
Paris reports Bolo Pasha, condemned to death for treason, has filed an appeal. The motion alleges a prosecution witness spoke with the court martial president and government during a trial recess. He spent his first night in the death cell at Sante prison and asked about prison officials knowing the verdict.
Corvallis Ore Feb 16 E J Frasier former Eugene man who vanished after forgery conviction and later rearrested in San Diego began an appeal to the state supreme court after a new trial motion was denied. He was sentenced to one to five years and was recaptured in San Diego while seeking funds from a relative to fight the case.
G. F. Leppold, superintendent of mails for the Seattle post office, is in Fauntleroy hospital with a scalp wound after his car was struck by another vehicle Friday at W. Graham street in Fauntleroy while crossing California.
Geneva reports many socialists were arrested in police raids at Berlin Leipzig and Mannheim no reason for the raids is known.
The Star received a telephone claim from f. Skohieloff a Russian letter writer promising to assassinate the Kaiser if expenses and a $100,000 bonus are guaranteed. He said he would present credentials and wants funds to carry out the mission. He will be away two weeks and will contact The Star then.
