Camas Washington February 13 Miss Emma Roth an instructor at Camas high school was instructed to resign after an investigation found she repeatedly made disloyal remarks and attempted to circulate Teutonic propaganda. Roth says she is of German and Austrian parentage and the niece of an Austrian general.

No major infantry fighting, but sky battles and aerial patrols filled the night as U S gunners achieved their objective amid bright shell flashes and daytime-like illumination. An Omaha lieutenant survived a daylight bombing raid and boasted of the bombing game after a narrow escape.
King County Council of Defense urges aid as Seattle targets part of a national 10 million dollar war work drive. The Young Ladies Institute will help by soliciting subscriptions with booths in public places planned for Thursday through Saturday.
