Burkman Drops Prosecution Ties to Gambling Case
Ex deputy sheriff Richard Burkman now employed by A B Gardner’s detective agency in Pioneer Block has dropped his gambling prosecution against Seattle gamblers. The dispute involved Judge Cann Prosecuting Attorney Fulton and a dispute over warrants and where the complaint originated.
