Corbett will also charge Joliffe with a similar complaint if Cameron's case goes to the lower court. Officers say Joliffe began the trouble and he did not want to be recorded in the lower court.
The livery driver avoided action when taken by police for reckless driving. Officers intend to push their case in court while Jolliffe is released on personal recognizance. A lower court conviction could affect the suit against police officers in the higher court.
Sacramento February 7 The grand jury was convened today with District Attorney to present the senatorial bribery cane. Detective Hartling, involved in the alleged trap of the senators, was summoned before the jury.

Physicians who performed autopsies on the Weber family testified in Adolph Weber’s trial that the pistol wounds to Julius Mary and Bertha Weber were almost instantly fatal. A witness recounted dressing Weber’s hand after the murders and noted a jagged wound not consistent with a glass cut.
