Burial expected from Bonney and Stewart chapel tomorrow.
A giant powder charge was placed beneath a Leary building and exploded tearing a kitchen wing. Dr. J. T. Guerin, rumored target, was elsewhere and unharmed. Also listed are two marriage licenses: A. Daisy Lofton aged fifteen tried to kill herself by ingesting carbolic acid at Ruffin's pharmacy on Second Avenue and Pike Street between 9 30 and 10 last night. Dr. Lowe treated her and she was taken home to 906 Fourth Avenue and is now nearly recovered. Motive linked to temporary despair after a home quarrel. no evidence of a lover's quarrel.
