The youth Sidney Sloane was found not guilty of murder by reason of insanity after an alleged fracas with his father over a sum of money. He dumped the body in an alley and confessed later, while the mother aimed to use insurance funds for his defense. The jury’s verdict cites insanity as the defense base.
Francisco dispatch reports Iwanage Iwanago a Japanese man shot and killed Pugi in a Middie teahouse after learning of a love triangle involving Gehirami of Sacramento. Police say Iwanago was hired by Kachigami to kill Pugi. Iwanago is in custody and Kuchigama is being sought.

Six year old N. Marshall died December 22 in Tacoma from heart failure. His widow resides at 725 North Seventy-second Street Seattle. The remains were brought to Seattle yesterday and are in the care of Butterworth Sons.
