Miss Nellie Perkins and her father M. W. Perkins sue Puget Sound Electric Co for 3000 dollars claiming she was ejected from an interurban train near Riverton on November 28 after paying fare. They say exposure to the cold worsened her tuberculosis while en route to a Riverton sanitarium. Attorneys Walter Fulton and John H. Perry represent the family.

Cleon Thomas a 5 year old son of H J Thomas realty dealer of 2328 Franklin avenue died after being struck by a speeding car driven by chauffeur C J Steele. Steele was arrested an hour later held without bail to appear before a coroner's jury tomorrow at 10 30 am. Coroner Snyder to conduct a rigid inquiry into the case. Orangemen of Ulster predicted bloodshed would follow home rule and invited tenders for arms and ammunition.
